Since its inception in the early 90’s, the firm takes pride in providing its clients with service and guidance through the ever changing financial world. J. Cary Monroe, Michael B. Giordano and Glenda R. Rice, located in the corporate office in Tampa, Florida compose Monroe & Giordano, LLC. The commercial mortgage banking firm finances projects nationwide and is a correspondent for numerous lenders. It has relationships with many other funding sources such as Fannie Mae, Wall Street investment banks, life insurance companies, pension funds, banks, savings and loans and credit companies.
Mr. Monroe [email] initiated his mortgage banking career in 1973 with a bank-owned mortgage company in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the years he has gained vast experience with the leaders in the financial industry. In addition, Mr. Monroe has managed several national and regional offices for financial institutions. He is an Eagle Scout.
Mr. Giordano [email joined with Mr. Monroe in the early 1990’s. A native of Sarasota and a long time Tampa resident, he has a great deal of knowledge of the local area. His previous experience encompasses the development of commercial properties including shopping centers, apartment projects and numerous build-to-suit properties for a number of nationally known companies.
Ms. Rice (Director of Loan Processing) [email] joined the Monroe & Giordano team in 1998. She is a loan processing specialist experienced with Fannie Mae, life insurance companies, Wall Street investment banks, bank and other specialty lenders. Ms. Rice, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, also has over thirty years experience in accounting and customer relations.
